Finding the path of inspiration and feeling satisfied in what I do, has been a journey.

I always loved to work as a hairdresser in salons, but behind the meaning of the full fashion world where the importance of looking good is the biggest message, I found a deeper purpose of my profession.
I had the opportunity to travel and share the passion of hairdressing by building a professional hairdressing educational platform for people in need.

Today I can look back on a beautiful journey where Hairdressers Without Borders became a successful non profit organization where we received through the years so much support from heartwarming volunteers and sponsors. Together we where able to educate more than 60 students in various countries in Asia, which means one step closer to new opportunities for their future.

Hwb team is working in collaboration with Davines and Intercoiffure Netherlands on a new program in Nepal and that’s why we created ‘HAIRDRESSERS FOR NEPAL’ fundraising event, to unite passionate hairdressers by sharing our profession through compassion for humanity.

Lets come together for this beautiful event in the week of Monday 16 until Sunday 22 of April by opening your hair salon for a day, a weekend or an evening for charity and the entire proceeds of all haircut’s, treatments or blow-dry’s or any other service will be directly donated to the new HWB project in Nepal.

I believe that every little contribution can make a change, by giving hope and inspiration to people in need. Everyone has the right to education and living a life with new dreams for the future.
