Looking back at an amazing time in India. Every project has its own colors, but this project in particular had all the colors of the rainbow with our first training for the lgtbq+ community. It has been a learning experience for everyone in so many ways, with of course the hairdressing knowledge we taught them, but also growing as a big community together where being seen and heard had a big impact.
For all our students it was the first time to get in touch with the profession of hairdressing. That means that with patience and attention we guided them through the full process. And after our weeks of training we have seen the importance of this approach, and we saw them moving within pure confidence in their new profession.
