Lombok – Indonesia

155 Km of cycling from Antwerp to Amsterdam.
If you have a big heart and you love cycling, this is a great opportunity to be part
of this amazing fundraising event for Hairdressers Without Borders Organization.

One special day to have fun with new friends, to enjoy the a beautiful nature and the perfect breeze of the end of the summer.

This event is not a competition, but a beautiful opportunity organised to raise money for the next program of HWB, offering training course to a community in Lombok – Indonesia.
To be part to “Cycling for Education” challenge yourself and become a fundraiser for us.
Don’t be scared… during the track we will have few stops for lunch and for relaxing :).

To participate to the event you have to raise a minimum of 300 euro from friends and family;
ps: the success of your fundraising is just a personal challenge, for us you are already a winner.

From this website you can easily donate the collected money directly from this page
or from the page of the selected program.
All the money raised over the total amount of this upcoming program will be allocated for the next one.

1) The registration for participation is open to anyone over the age of 18 years old, the younger participants may only participate if they have an approval written from parents or guardians to give
to the Organization and they should be accompanied by a adult participant during all the route.

2) Participants can participate as team.

3) The organization is not provide a medical inspection to the Participant.
We advises the participant prior medical examination carried out, in case of doubt regarding the health is not recommended to join the tour.

4) The Participant declares that he is healthy enough to participate in the event.

5) Before to start the participants have to show to the organizers a valid identity document.

6) Participants themselves are responsible for proper clothing, equipment and footwear for all types of weather.

7) In case of problems with the bicycle or gears, the participants should be autonomous and capable to fix it.

8) Participants have respect for each other and nature.

9) Respect the local traffic rules and road signs.

10) Through the registration the participant unconditionally accept the these regulations.

1) Participants do voluntarily participate in the Event.

2) The organization is not liable for injury during the event.

1) If a participant for any reason decides to not participate to the event, a refund of the enrolment
fee and any other costs are not possible.

2) If the weather condition is not good enough, the organization could change the date of the event
in advance.

Transport to Antwerp
Participants are responsible to be in Antwerp on time for the start (1 hour before)

Participants are required to own liability insurance.

All participants will be provided informed by email and mobile phone.

We recommend to arrive on time for the starting at least one hour before.

Participants may use the corporate identity of the event (logo, ads, basic text etc.) for promotions and sponsorship.
